First Trust IPOX® Europe Equity Opportunities ETF (FPXE) Just Turned 3

FPXE is based on the IPOX® 100 Europe Index, a market cap weighted index that measures the performance of recent European initial public offerings (IPOs) from the IPOX® Global Composite Index. The IPOX® Global Composite Index is designed to provide a broad and objective view of global aftermarket performance of recent IPOs and spin-offs in both emerging and developed countries during their first 1000 trading days. Since its inception, FPXE has nearly doubled the cumulative return of the MSCI Europe Index.

CME Group Announces Launch of E-mini IPOX® 100 U.S. Index Futures

CME Group , the world’s leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, today announced the launch of E-mini IPOX® 100 U.S. Index Futures. The futures contract will be available for trading on the CME Globex electronic trading platform effective March 7, 2016, pending all relevant regulatory review periods. This contract will be listed with and subject to the rules and regulations of Chicago Mercantile Exchange. The new contract is designed to allow traders to capture the return dynamics of U.S. initial public offerings (IPOs) and corporate spin-offs, thereby providing the opportunity to trade on growth and innovation in the U.S. IPO market.
