About the index
The IPOX® Liquid Investment Grade Bond Index (IPXULQD) follows the liquid investment-grade segment of corporate bonds issued by companies in the IPOX® universe. It provides a focused fixed-income portfolio linked to the same issuer framework used across the IPOX® Bond Index family.
Investment-grade corporate debt
The portfolio concentrates on bonds in the investment-grade credit category, with liquidity forming part of its stated investment focus. Eligible issuers are connected to the IPOX® universe of newly public companies and businesses involved in IPO-related acquisitions.
Investment-grade status describes a credit-quality classification. Bond prices also respond to changes in interest rates, issuer circumstances and trading conditions, so portfolio characteristics depend on the specific securities included.
A complement to broader credit coverage
IPXULQD provides a reference for analyzing the investment-grade portion of eligible issuers' debt. The IPOX® Aggregate Bond Index combines investment-grade and high-yield coverage, while the High Yield Bond Index focuses on the below-investment-grade segment.
Available dated fact sheets are retained on the IPOX® Bond Indexes page. Contact IPOX® for current security selection, weighting and maintenance provisions, portfolio information and licensing enquiries.
