About the index
The IPOX® Alpha Plus Active Index (IPXT) is an actively managed portfolio of U.S.-listed companies selected using IPOX® research and its proprietary environmental, social and governance framework. It draws on the IPOX® new listings universe, including companies entering public markets and businesses connected through eligible corporate transactions.
Research-led company selection
The portfolio's starting universe includes IPOs, spin-offs, SPAC-related listings and acquirers of recently public companies. IPOX® applies its own ESG assessment to evaluate companies within this universe, alongside liquidity and exposure considerations.
Environmental, social and governance practices can be assessed in different ways. The proprietary framework provides a consistent basis for IPOX®'s company assessment alongside its liquidity and exposure requirements.
Active portfolio management
Holdings and weights are actively managed, using the IPOX® U.S. Composite Index as a source universe. The timing of portfolio changes follows the active investment process.
This approach combines the evolving IPOX® company universe with ongoing research and portfolio decisions. Its composition can therefore change as assessments, market conditions and eligible opportunities develop.
