Its services cover data governance, domain knowledge management, large language and multimodal model training, decision automation, evaluation, and low-code AI application development.

WengeAI plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 26, 2026. According to published terms, the company is offering 14.83 million primary shares at HKD 60.70 per share, raising approximately HKD 900 million, or about $115 million. The estimated market capitalization at offer is around HKD 10.51 billion, or approximately $1.34 billion. The offering includes a 15% greenshoe option of about 2.23 million shares.

Founded in 2017 by AI scientists from the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, WengeAI serves organizations in sectors including public services, media and communications, and commercial enterprises. According to the prospectus, proceeds are expected to be used for R&D and product capacity, brand promotion and business development, working capital and strategic acquisitions.
