Sinda Ltd. (Ticker: SIND US) is a Mexico-domiciled exploration-stage silver mining company developing the Sinda Property in Guanajuato, Mexico. The project comprises five contiguous mining concessions in the historic Guanajuato epithermal silver belt and covers about 182 kilometers of identified mineralized strike length. Sinda has not yet generated revenue, created a mine plan or started production, with activities focused mainly on exploration drilling and geological assessment.
Sinda expects to list on the New York Stock Exchange on June 26, 2026, with pricing expected on June 25, 2026. The company plans to offer 17.75 million common shares at an expected price range of $11.25 to $13.25 per share, raising up to approximately $235 million. Its estimated market capitalization at offer is around $1.8 billion.
According to the Sinda Technical Report Summary, the project had an estimated 369 million silver-equivalent ounces of inferred mineral resources and 16 million silver-equivalent ounces of indicated mineral resources as of Nov. 24, 2025. The Electrum Group, a natural resources investment firm, is financing Sinda’s exploration activities. Morgan Stanley is left lead manager.
