Shenzhen Senior Technology Material (Ticker: 6067 HK) designs, manufactures and sells dry-process, wet-process and coated lithium-ion battery separators for battery manufacturers worldwide. Founded in 2003, the company also makes ceramic and polymer coating products for battery separators. It operates five manufacturing bases in China and has research and development centres in China, Japan and Sweden. At the time described, overseas manufacturing bases were under construction in Europe, Southeast Asia and the United States.

The scheduled listing date on Hong Kong Stock Exchange was June 23, 2026. The proposed offering comprises 149,520,000 shares at an indicative price of HKD 8.98 per share. The base offering would represent HKD 1.34 billion, approximately $171.09 million in gross proceeds, excluding any unexercised over-allotment.
