Its market capitalization at the offer price was approximately $243 million. The underwriters also received an option to purchase approximately 1.29 million additional shares.

The company raised a further $7.5 million through a concurrent private placement. Leerink Partners, Goldman Sachs, Guggenheim Securities and Wells Fargo Securities managed the IPO.
