RelyEZ Energy is making a Hong Kong H-share offering and is expected to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 9, 2026. The proposed offering comprises 57,540,500 shares at an indicative HKD 8.54–11.10 per share. At the indicative midpoint, the estimated total offering size is HKD 565.05 million, or approximately $72.02 million.
