Lumina Metals Corp. (Ticker: LMCU CN) is a Canadian mineral mining company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of copper and silver deposits in Poland, including its flagship Nowa Sól project in southwestern Poland. Lumina listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange on April 30, 2026, offering 32.5 million common shares at CAD 12.50 per share and raising approximately CAD 406 million, or approximately $294 million.
At the offer price and reported shares outstanding, Lumina’s market capitalization was approximately CAD 1.35 billion, or around $974 million. According to company comments, IPO proceeds are expected to fund roughly five years of development work at Nowa Sól, with the company targeting mining concession progress by 2030. The IPO consisted of 25.0 million primary shares and 7.5 million secondary shares, with a 15% greenshoe option. The secondary shares were reportedly donated by mining financier Ross Beaty to the Sitka Foundation, which sold them in the IPO. BMO Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets, Morgan Stanley Canada, National Bank Financial and RBC Dominion Securities managed the offering.
