Keytop Parking plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 26, 2026. According to published terms, the company is offering 10.11 million primary shares at HKD 39.55 per share, raising approximately HKD 400 million, or about $51 million. The estimated market capitalization at offer is around HKD 3.89 billion, or approximately $496 million. The offering includes a 15% greenshoe option of about 1.52 million shares.
Founded in 2006, Keytop served 30,644 parking facilities in 2025 across locations including commercial complexes, office buildings, residential communities, public facilities, hotels, schools, hospitals and logistics parks. According to the prospectus, proceeds are expected to be used for R&D and product capacity, brand promotion and business development, working capital and strategic acquisitions. CICC Hong Kong Securities and CMBC International Capital are the sponsors.
