The estimated market capitalization is around $2.3 billion. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, Jefferies, BofA Securities, Baird, Raymond James and William Blair are joint managers. Founded in 2015, HawkEye 360 completed its acquisition of Innovative Signal Analysis, Inc. in December 2025, adding classified signal-processing technologies and expanding its government-focused capabilities.
