Global Medical Response, Inc. (Ticker: GMRS US) is an American provider of emergency medical services and essential out-of-hospital care. GMR is described as the largest EMS provider in the United States and the only national, fully integrated air and ground EMS provider, operating in approximately 1,400 counties covering communities that represent more than 60% of the U.S. population.

The company plans to list on the NYSE on May 13, 2026, following pricing after market close on May 12, 2026. According to the published terms, GMR is offering 31.9 million primary shares at a price range of $22.00 to $25.00 per share, raising approximately $750 million at the $23.50 midpoint. The IPO is expected to be accompanied by a $350 million concurrent private placement to KKR, Ares and HPS at the IPO terms, bringing the total primary deal size to approximately $1.1 billion. IPO and private placement proceeds are expected to go to the company. GMR’s family of solutions includes American Medical Response, Air Evac Lifeteam, REACH Air Medical Services, Guardian Flight, Med-Trans Corporation and AirMed International.
