Csquare plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange on July 16, 2026. According to its amended IPO filing, the company plans to offer 50.0 million shares at a price range of $23.00 to $27.00 per share, raising approximately $1.25 billion at the $25.00 midpoint. The estimated market capitalization is approximately $3.9 billion.

As of March 31, 2026, Csquare’s platform included 64 sites, approximately 389 MW of sellable power capacity and more than 36,600 interconnection products. For the 12 months ended March 31, 2026, the company reported revenue of approximately $1.0 billion and a net loss of approximately $151 million.
