Big Caring Group (Ticker: BCG MK) operates a pharmacy chain in Malaysia through six brands: BIG Pharmacy, CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, Wellings Pharmacy, Ting Pharmacy and iCare Pharmacy. Its 668 outlets span Malaysia’s 13 states and three Federal Territories. The network is supported by 715 licensed pharmacists and approximately 25,000 stock-keeping units.

The company expects to list on Bursa Malaysia on November 19, 2026. The base offering comprises up to 1,882,368,000 shares: up to 590,547,000 newly issued shares and up to 1,291,821,000 shares sold by existing shareholders. At the indicative maximum price of MYR 1.08 per share, the total offering is estimated at MYR 2.03 billion (about $501.10 million), excluding any unexercised over-allotment. The total includes sales by existing shareholders, so not all proceeds go to the company.

The new shares are expected to generate approximately MYR 637.80 million; Big Caring Group plans to use 89.5% of those proceeds to repay bank borrowings within three months of listing. At the maximum offer price, the indicated IPO market capitalization is about MYR 8.00 billion (about $1.97 billion), based on an enlarged share base of 7.4 billion shares.
