Befar Group Co., Ltd. (Ticker: 6745 HK) is a Chinese comprehensive chemical group primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sale of chlor-alkali chemicals, C3-C4 chemicals and wet electronic chemicals. Founded in 1968, the company’s key products include sodium hydroxide, propylene oxide, methyl tert-butyl ether, electronic grade hydrofluoric acid and other organic and inorganic chemicals. Befar markets its products domestically and internationally, serving sectors including chemicals, textiles, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, plastics, rubber, electronic materials, semiconductors and microelectronics.

Befar plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 10, 2026. According to published terms, the company plans to offer 352.13 million primary shares at an expected price range of HKD3.05 to HKD3.59 per share, raising approximately HKD1.3 billion, or about $161 million. The offering consists entirely of primary shares. The offering managers include CCB International Capital, CMB International Capital, Central China International Securities, Huafu International Securities and Huatai Financial Holdings Hong Kong.
