Anker Innovations (Ticker: 668 HK) designs, develops and sells smart devices for charging, power storage, home security, cleaning, audio, video and projection. Its Anker and Anker SOLIX brands cover smart charging and power storage; eufy covers smart home products; and soundcore and Nebula cover smart audio and video products. Its products include chargers, consumer power storage, home security devices, robot cleaners, speakers, headphones, conference systems and smart projectors. The company focuses on product design and sales, outsourcing manufacturing to production partners. The offering consists entirely of primary shares and includes a 15% greenshoe option.

The scheduled listing date on Hong Kong Stock Exchange was July 2, 2026. The proposed offering comprises 46,630,000 shares at an indicative price of HKD 99.32 per share. The base offering would represent HKD 4.63 billion, approximately $590.13 million in gross proceeds, excluding any unexercised over-allotment.
