1947 Oil & Gas PLC (Ticker: 1947 LN) is a UK-based oil and gas company focused on acquiring and operating producing assets in the United States. The company plans to list on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on September 28, 2026. As part of the IPO, 1947 Oil & Gas sold 297.5 million new shares to investors at 10 pence per share, raising £29.75 million, or approximately $40 million.
