Meridian3 Industrials Acquisition Corp. (Ticker: MIACU US) is a Cayman Islands-domiciled blank check company targeting businesses in the broader industrial technology sector, including Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, next-generation mobility and related sectors.

The company plans to list on Nasdaq Global Market on July 2, 2026. Meridian3 priced its IPO at $10.00 per unit, offering 17.5 million units and raising approximately $175 million. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, according to the updated offering terms. The IPO includes a 15% greenshoe option covering approximately 2.63 million additional units. Cantor Fitzgerald acted as manager of the offering.
