Cartesian Growth Corp. IV (Ticker: CGCFU US) is a Cayman Islands-domiciled blank check company formed by Cartesian Capital Group, a New York-based private equity firm, to pursue an acquisition target in high-growth businesses. Cartesian Growth Corp. IV is expected to list on Nasdaq on June 25, 2026, after pricing 25.0 million units at $10.00 each, raising $250 million.
Each unit consists of one share of stock and one-third of a warrant to buy one share. According to the offering terms, IPO proceeds are intended to support the company’s search for and completion of an initial business combination. The company has no operating revenue, net income or employees. Cartesian Growth Corp. IV is the fourth blank check company established by Cartesian Capital Group, which has managed more than $3 billion in committed capital since 2006. Peter Yu, founder and managing partner of Cartesian Capital Group and former founder and CEO of AIG Capital Partners, leads the company. Cantor is the sole book-running manager.
