Reuters: IPOX® VP Kat Liu Discusses Investor Selectivity in Accelevation’s AI Infrastructure IPO
Accelevation is targeting a valuation of up to $5.37 billion in its U.S. IPO, as the data center infrastructure company seeks to raise up to $720 million alongside selling shareholders. The Ohio-based company plans to offer 30 million shares at $20 to $24 each and list on Nasdaq under the ticker “ACCV.”
Reuters highlighted the offering amid continued investor interest in AI-linked companies and a growing pipeline of technology listings. IPOX® Vice President Kat Liu noted that as more AI infrastructure companies come to market, investors are becoming increasingly selective and focusing more closely on companies’ positioning and financial execution.
Accelevation designs and installs power distribution, cooling, and modular infrastructure for data center customers, benefiting from increased spending on computing capacity for AI. Its planned listing comes as other AI and technology companies, including Nscale, Oura, and Anthropic, pursue or prepare for potential public offerings.
“Investors are likely to pay more attention to where a company sits in the value chain, the quality of its backlog and how effectively strong demand translates into revenue, margins and cash flow.”
