Zijin Gold International Co Ltd (Ticker: 2259 HK) is a Hong Kong–based company engaged in gold exploration, mining, processing, and sales of gold ingots, alloys, and concentrates. A wholly owned unit of Zijin Mining Group, Zijin Gold plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 29, 2025. The company is offering 348.99 million primary shares at HKD 71.59 each, aiming to raise HKD 24.98 billion (USD 3.21 billion), giving it a market capitalization of about USD 24.1 billion. The IPO proceeds will fund mine upgrades and construction projects over the next five years to enhance production capacity. The offering includes a 15% greenshoe option. Cornerstone investors such as GIC, Hillhouse, BlackRock, and Schroders have committed around USD 1.6 billion.
