Verisure (Ticker: VSURE SS) is a Switzerland-based provider of professionally monitored security solutions for homes and businesses. The company plans to list on Nasdaq Stockholm on October 8, 2025, targeting proceeds of about €3.1 billion ($3.6 billion), which could rise to €3.6 billion ($4.2 billion) including the overallotment option. Verisure will offer 245 million new and existing shares at a price range of SEK 142–153 per share, implying a market capitalization between €12.9 billion ($15.1 billion) and €13.9 billion ($16.3 billion). Proceeds from the IPO will be used to reduce debt and finance the acquisition of ADT Mexico, while also enabling partial exits for existing investors and management shareholders.
Founded in 1988 as a unit of Securitas AB, the company was spun off and went public in 2006 as Securitas Direct, before being acquired by U.S. private equity firm Hellman & Friedman, which remains the majority owner. This IPO is expected to be the largest in Europe since 2022.
