S&SYS Co Ltd (Ticker: 0008Z0 KS) is a South Korean company focused on producing and supplying core equipment for the shipbuilding industry. S&SYS plans to list on the KOSDAQ on August 19, 2025. The company is offering 1.9 million shares within a price range of KRW 27,000 to KRW 30,000, aiming to raise up to KRW 57.0 billion (approximately USD 41.9 million).
