Momenta Global Ltd (Ticker: 6880 HK) is a Chinese infrastructure software company providing autonomous driving solutions. The company develops deep learning-based software covering perception, semantic mapping, data-driven path planning and other autonomous driving functions, as well as solutions for robotaxi services. Its business focuses on solutions for mass-produced vehicles, particularly Urban NOA assisted-driving systems, while robotaxi services remain at an early stage of monetization.

Momenta Global plans to list Class A shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 8, 2026. According to the published terms, the company is offering 19.94 million primary shares at an IPO price of HKD 295.60 per share, raising approximately HKD 5.89 billion, or about US$751 million. The offering includes a 15% greenshoe facility of approximately 2.99 million additional shares.

The company’s market capitalization at offer is approximately HKD 60.95 billion, or around US$7.8 billion. The IPO managers include CICC, Deutsche Bank, Futu Securities, J.P. Morgan and Tiger Brokers.
