Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Ticker: MYNLD PM) is a Philippines company focusing on water and wastewater services in Metro Manila. Maynilad plans to list on the Philippine Stock Exchange on November 7, 2025, offering 1.66 billion shares at PHP 15.00 per share, with additional reserved, overallotment and upsize option shares, raising up to PHP 34.33 billion ($590.58 million).
